Network Outfitters was established in 2004 to simplify IT services for small businesses.

We wanted to deliver Enterprise-class services to small businesses without a big business price so they could compete at the same level as the big guys. Network Outfitters believes that any small company has a right to the same level of technology services and support as a big business. So we created a platform that delivers high-quality service and support without large up-front costs or affiliated hourly support fees.

Network Outfitters thinks it’s wrong for traditional IT shops to benefit from customer downtime, adding to their profits when a customer experiences technology and support problems. We want to remove the negative stigma of IT services and help your business run at its best. By offering Managed Services, we guarantee uptime through Service Level Agreements, reduce costs by essentially leasing, rather than selling, the technology you need, and guarantee overall better service, support, and maintenance.

As customers grew with us, we noticed that security companies were profiting from hardware and software problems their customers were experiencing, charging exorbitant hourly support fees for issues that weren’t the customers’ fault. That’s not the way that Network Outfitters chooses to do business! When Network Outfitters expanded to offer managed security services, we took the same customer-first approach. We want to keep your business safe inside and out.

Network Outfitters began as an IT Services company that simplified Information Technology for small companies in the Houston area. Soon we saw other needs for companies such as providing Live Monitoring Security Camera Systems, Web Design and Development, and Voice Management. It is Network Outfitter's goal to simplify and work fluidly with small businesses so that they can grow with our support.
